GOLDEN, COJon Telgener
Jon is the Founder and Head of Research at Channel Dynamics. Before launching the firm, he was a Vice President of Fundamental Research at Point72 Asset Management. A Clemson University alumnus, Jon lives in Colorado with his wife, children, and dogs, where they enjoy skiing, golfing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors together.

Chris has built trusted relationships throughout the industry. As Head of Healthcare Research at Channel Dynamics, he leads channel checks, thematic research, and investor-focused insights. Before transitioning into research, Chris played professional hockey, an experience that shaped the competitive mindset and disciplined approach he brings to his work today. Outside the office, he enjoys golf and is a dedicated Florida Panthers fan.
GOLDEN, CONicki Lange
A New York City native now based in Denver, Nicki has spent more than a decade at the intersection of compliance, product, and client solutions. Prior to joining Channel Dynamics, she spent 11 years at GLG, where she held key roles across the U.S. and Asia. Outside of work, Nicki enjoys volleyball, skiing, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with her husband and two kids.
GOLDEN, COCameron Boland
Born and raised in Canada and an avid Toronto sports fan, Cameron has spent her career in operations. A lightning-fast skier and outdoors enthusiast, she lives in Denver with her husband, daughter, and beloved dog.
GOLDEN, COAlan Erdley
Alan is a tech industry veteran with over 15 years of experience founding and scaling companies. He recently spent six years at AWS leading AI initiatives, where he specialized in building agentic systems that drive scale through AI and automation. Outside of work, he can be found cycling Colorado's mountains or adventuring outdoors with his wife and two boys.

Will graduated from the University of South Carolina, where he majored in Finance and Supply Chain Management. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in the mountains and snowboarding.
GOLDEN, COSam Cafritz
Born and raised in Washington, D.C., and a University of Virginia graduate, Sam previously analyzed investment managers at Rockefeller Capital Management before joining Channel Dynamics. Outside of work, he is an avid skier.

Will holds a B.A. and Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he completed the ASAP program. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and skiing.
GOLDEN, COAdam Smith
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Adam attended Babson College, where he played baseball. Outside of work, he remains a passionate sports fan.
GOLDEN, COLiam Nolan
A Richmond native, Liam graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in Finance and Information Technology. Outside of work, he's a die-hard D.C. and UVA sports fan who loves spending time fishing.

Raised in New Jersey, Frances attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing and hiking.

Nora graduated from Cornell University in 2026 with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics and a minor in East Asian Studies. A Colorado native, she brings her analytical background to the firm's differentiated research and analysis.

Raised in Washington, Adi graduated from Indiana University with a major in Finance. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, hiking, MMA, and is a big Seattle sports fan.

A Lahore native, Linta leads bespoke research projects and client delivery at Channel Dynamics, bringing a background in project and client-delivery leadership across growth, revenue, and insights roles, including prior experience at Atheneum, Airlift, and Motive. She leads with insight and empathy, turning complex client challenges into measurable outcomes.

A U.S. State Department SUSI Scholar and attorney, Ammar has built his career at the intersection of law, cross-border regulation, and financial markets. His experience spans corporate compliance, data protection, regulatory risk, and multi-jurisdictional legal operations. Outside of work, he is a national-level chess player who competes in martial arts tournaments and skydives.
